Elegant and extremely rare ladies' watch in a “Ghost” dial version from CARTIER's Santos collections.
Square shaped case with brushed steel horn handles, applied 18K (750 thousandths) 8 screws yellow gold porthole bezel (with a slight hit at 12 o'clock) and domed screwed back (signed and numbered). Faceted sapphire cabochon winding mechanism with protective case overflow. Brushed slate-gray dial with CARTIER marking at 12 o'clock, large second hand and yellow gold glaive hands.
Brushed steel “chenille” strap with 18-carat (750 thousandths) yellow gold screws and deployant buckle with CARTIER logo.
Movement: Mechanical automatic winding caliber signed CARTIER / Eta 2670 Swiss base.
