Rare condition for this French Army pilot's chronograph, produced in a limited edition of 5,000 and once owned by a CEV engineer. This model remained in service from 1960 until the 1980s. A small series was issued to the O.T.A.N. in the 1970s.
Brushed steel case with notched steel bezel graduated to 12 and screwed back (numbered). Superb black lacquered dial signed Dodane with cream Tritium Arabic numerals and luminescent skeleton hands, large arrow second hand for the chronograph. Two railway counters (small seconds counter at 9 o'clock and hours counter at 3 o'clock). This model is equipped with a flyback chronograph function.
Supplied with three straps, one patinated havana leather strap and two T.O.T. black pilot leather straps.
Movement: Mechanical manual winding caliber VALJOUX 231 / Flyback numbered (rare) Swiss.
